This morning, Boss Man Rides set out on the road with an empty stomach. We needed a solid breakfast, and we found the perfect spot—Starlight Diner! It reminded me of an old-school Bob’s Hamburg, full of charm and character.
The place was buzzing with energy! The hardworking staff moved fast, making sure every plate of food was hot and fresh. It was so popular that people were waiting outside just to get a seat. That’s how you know a place is good!
I went with the Biker Bowl, a hearty mix of everything you’d want in a breakfast. My favorite redhead picked the Mini Biker Bowl, which was just as tasty. The food hit the spot, and it felt like a rare find since there aren’t many breakfast joints around.
Starlight Diner is definitely a hidden gem worth checking out. If you ever roll through, make sure to stop in!
